Dungeons and Dragons Basic (1st Edition) – Eric
April 22 @ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Not Looking for players
Have you always wanted to know how to play Dungeons & Dragons
(D&D)? I’m willing to teach you.
If it’s been a long time since you played or are a new player to the
game, you are welcome too. I’m happy to teach you if you are new to
the game. We will be playing Basic 1st edition D&D for clarity and
simplicity. The adventures will be in the form of classic modules and
selections from Dungeon Magazine. I have the materials for everyone. If
you would like, bring some spare sheets and a writing utensil.

mastered the arcane arts of casting powerful magics.

specific character, embarking upon an imaginary adventure. Along the way,
the results of the chosen actions of the characters within the story will
determine the overall plot, similar to that of a work of fiction.
The characters will form a group that interacts with the settings
inhabitants (and each other). Together they will solve dilemmas, test
their skills, and engage in battles and gather treasure and knowledge.
The Game referee is the Dungeon Master (DM). The DM controls the monsters
and enemies, narrates the action, referees the game, and sets up the
adventure. Together, the Dungeon Master and the players make the game come
